Meaning “Spelt” in Ancient Greek, Olyra draws inspiration from the balanced lifestyle of our Greek ancestors to create organic, healthful, deliciously authentic breakfast snacks.


Founder, Yannis Varellas, is 5th generation of a family business that has stone-milled grains in Greece for over 100 years. Employing this expertise, the DNA of our products is a unique blend of 4 grains (Lupine, Barley, Oats, and Spelt) – the foundation of an ancient Greek diet 2,600 years ago. Honoring tradition, these are locally sourced, naturally milled, and crafted in Greece; a process resulting in nutrient-dense grains which provide sustained energy.

At heart, we carry Aristotle’s belief that the key to happiness is balance. You’ll see this commitment reflected in the well-rounded nutritional profile of our products (low sugar, high fiber, prebiotics, zero artificial flavors). Coupled with nutrient-dense, sustained energy from the grains, we believe our breakfast snacks are the perfect start to anyone’s day.
