We’re MyForest Foods, makers of farm-grown, whole-cut, MEATLESS MyBacon! --- If you’ve never tried mycelium, you’re in for a treat. --- Fresh from our farm, our oyster mushroom mycelium is a savory, delicious, whole-cut experience. Nothing ground or extruded. No fillers or binders or weird stuff. It’s just real, whole food! --- MyBacon contains no gluten, dairy, soy, or animal products. This label is impressively inclusive and refreshingly clean. --- Using a specialized farming process, we produce whole cuts of mycelium in only 12 days. It’s grown (not fermented!) on a special substrate that’s returned to the Earth as compost after use. This is an entirely new, earth-compatible way to farm! (And the results? Delicious.) --- My-cee-lee-yummm!
