In 1992, our founder, Amylu Kurzawski, was the chicken sausage pioneer in her family’s 100 year-old craft meats company. Amy saw an opportunity to make a better-for-you product to meet the growing interest in healthier foods that taste great. Today, the product lineup includes over 50 different delicious flavors, as well as meatballs and burgers. Everything is made from simple, clean ingredients. Our product offerings include Organic, ABF and nitrate free. Real Food – Yum!
